Workplan: Stage 4: Needs analysis in relation to target groups

 

Part 1

The main aim of the project is to raise the awareness of the decision makers in the economic and
political fields about the existence and benefits of the ELP for Adults as an instrument of quality
assurance in employment policies.

Planned project Activities

Presentations, seminars, publications, interviews, TV/radio broadcasts, language fairs, open door
events, meetings, press releases

Identification of representatives of the target groups

Ministries of Labour and Education, employers/employees/unemployed and their associations,
human resources managers, private and state employment agencies, providers of language and
vocational training and their students/learners, quality associations, local education authorities,
language teachers’ associations …

Possible implementation strategies

  • Information on the websites of the partners about the project and background information on
    the ELP for Adults
  • Awareness raising presentations for employers/human resources managers, learners,
    authorities, multipliers, the general public, media representatives
  • Publishing evaluation report(s) on the piloting phase.
  • Leaflets/guidelines on the use of the ELP for adults for various target groups
  • Articles in the media, broadcasts, etc.

Focus of the needs analysis

Keeping in mind that the situations in the different partner countries have been mapped out already
and that the aim of the project is to further raise awareness on the ELP the needs analysis should
focus on the implementation strategies and activities that are needed in order for information about
ELP to be distributed to the target groups defined in the project.
